Exercises
Hold the tip of a pencil at a
distance of a foot away from one eye. Close the other eye.
Concentrate on the close held pencil and any object placed
farther on an alternative basis.
Consciously blink for at least
ten to twelve in a minute. This will lubricate the eye and
reduce tension in the body. Then, try to rapidly flutter blink
for at least 10 to 20 times.
Teach your mind to see the
whole picture in front of your eyes and not just the primary
object in view. Do not ignore the peripheral images seen by the
eye.
By combining physical,
psychological and nutritional aspects and exercises, you can
improve your eyesight in a short period of time. Good eyesight
