In other other words, vinegar is a highly useful natural cleaning product for every household.

So what are the specific uses of vinegar? Listed below are just some of the cleaning tips that involve the use of vinegar paired with other natural cleaning products.

To make a homemade scouring cleaner, use baking soda, vinegar and liquid detergent. Just mix ¼ cup of baking soda, a tablespoon of the detergent and just enough white vinegar to produce a paste texture. Make sure the cleaner is thick and creamy.

To achieve shiny and spotless clean sink fixtures that have had lime and mold formation on them, combine two tablespoons of table salt and one teaspoon of vinegar and use the solution to scrub the fixtures well. In no time, you will achieve spotless clean fixtures that look like brand new.

Stickers that have been placed on pieces of furniture may be quite hard to get. To effectively remove them, moisten the stickers with vinegar and leave them to sit for around ten minutes or so. The time to wait would vary on the size of the sticker to be removed. After waiting, you can then proceed to remove it.

You can also use vinegar to deodorize your room. If a persistent odor has been bugging you, place a bowl of vinegar in the affected room and let it stay they overnight. The morning after, you will notice a considerable reduction of the odor.

Spills on carpet and even carpet stains can also be removed with vinegar. First thing to do is soak up the liquid that has spilt. After that, spray a mixture that contains ½ vinegar and ½ water on the affected area. Let the solution stand on the spill/stain for two minutes then carefully blot with a sponge or towel. You may not get it on the first try so repeat the procedure as needed.
